These homes are custom built using a used 40ft shipping container. We generally build using the 9’6″ HQ height shipping containers when they are available. Even though we can custom build the home we generally stay within a certain construction style.

- Finished Ceiling with white PVC strips a lighting throughout the home in accordance to the homes final layout and design.
- Ceramic Floor throughout the home.
- Inside and Outside primed and painted.
- One Sliding Glass Door. 2 meters wide.
- One window per bedroom. Size 1Mx .80.
